Establish 30, 60, and 90-day performance review Annual Performance Evaluation Management - Assist in performance management process that includes setting goals, providing feedback, corrective action, and performance evaluations Performance Improvement Plans Assist with proactively and effectively addressing components of workforce culture that impede organizational and individual effectiveness in a manner consistent with organizational values. (underperforming individuals or departments; negative feedback or commentaries – individual or department) Avoiding litigation and other potential losses by overseeing participation in Equal Employment Opportunity, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family, Medical Leave Act, and other federal and state regulations
