Job Design/Descriptions – ensure language compliant with EEOC regulations Ensure job description compliance Ensure legally compliant applications and/or ATS Recruitment - Analyze market practices & identify “attraction” strategies - Identify sourcing strategy aligned with your organization industry - Source, attract, hire and retain top-quality employees - Recommend recruitment process - Recommend ATS &/or HRIS platform - Offer Letter - Secure Background Checking & Screening Vendor Train/coach hiring managers on interviewing skills & compliance
